Terms and conditions

1. PRICES

All listed prices are quoted in Euros and include statutory VAT.

2. SHIPPING

For orders with a value of more than 100 euros we do not charge postage or shipping. Otherwise, 5.99 euros will be charged per order. Goods will generally be shipped at the latest within 24 hours upon receipt of payment via courier service, mail or truck transport. Goods will be delivered onto the property. Delivery into houses or apartments is not a component of delivery. For special delivery requests such as upper-floor deliveries or two-person deliveries, we ask you to make a request. These will be charged according to effort/time and distance. Upon provision for shipment, risk is transferred to the customer. Claims to compensation for damages due to delayed delivery are excluded. Exchanges and complaints can only be considered within 8 days upon receipt of the goods. Cancellation must be effected in writing or by returning the delivered goods. A copy of the order documents must be included with all returns.

3. EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you require a more urgent delivery of your order, you can contact us up to 1 hour after order receipt (respond to your order by e-mail, we will send a confirmation! Or by phone) and indicate delivery for the next day (for orders/payment before 12:00 noon). 

4. PRICE CHANGES

Errors, price changes or small modifications to the products are excepted.

5. LIABILITY

Homeshop BVBA assumes sole liability for grossly negligent damages or damages caused deliberately. Any liability on the part of Homeshop BVBA for indirect, circumstantial or consequential damages, loss of profit, lost earnings is ruled out. The delivered goods will remain the property of the seller until complete payment.

7. DATA PROTECTION

We only store data which is required during the course of business transactions. The buyer expressly grants the seller the right to use this data for their own advertising purposes. The seller commits to treating all personal data as confidential and to not pass this data on to third parties.

8. PLACE OF JURISDICTION

The place of jurisdiction for both parties to the contract is Dendermonde.
