Return Policy

Are you dissatisfied with your order or would you simply like to return some or all of it? No problem.

If you ordered a product from our website that you would prefer to return, it’s absolutely no problem. You can send back any unopened products within 14 days.

Perhaps you placed an order for a larger item, only to discover that it doesn’t fit your space, or you purchased a gift for someone who already owns it. In such situations, you can simply mail us at to request a return. Our customer service will then provide you with a return number that is unique to your order. We will use this number to process your reimbursements and any follow-up questions.

Return costs

The return costs are usually borne by the customer, unless we have made an error, such as with the packaging, or if the product is defective. Of course, we will help you find the most inexpensive way to send back the product. For example, you can benefit from our discount rate with Bpost or with our transport company for larger items.

You can also bring the product back yourself to our distribution centre in Belsele. Or, if you would like to ship the package back yourself via a transport service of your choice, then you can use the following address:

Include the return form with your shipment

We receive many packages at our warehouse each day. In order to ensure that everything goes smoothly, it is therefore important that you print out and complete the return form below and include it in the box.

Or you can draw up a note of your own, including the following information:

- Your name
- Your address
- Your telephone number
- Your order number
- Purchase date
- Total amount paid for the order
- Your bank account number (IBAN and BIC code)
- Signature
- Date of return

Once we have received the package, we will send you a message acknowledging that it has arrived at our warehouse. It should then take from 3 to 5 working days to process your request and make the reimbursement.


Once we have received the package at our warehouse, we will assess the acceptability of the return. Is it still in the original packaging, are all accessories included, etc. Once we have approval from the returns department, your payment will be reimbursed within 2 business days by whatever means you made the original payment. For example, if you paid by Mastercard, then the amount will be credited to your Mastercard.
