Tacteo racket

The Tacteo racket: designed to withstand the test of time.

The Tacteo is a particularly versatile racket. Easy to handle, it offers a level of performance that will suit most players, whether in terms of spin, speed, or control. Capable of withstanding all weather conditions as well as impacts, the Tacteo retains its qualities over the years, as evidenced by its 10-year warranty.

A 100% outdoor racket

From the creation of the very first version in 2005, the vision was clear and firm: to design the world's first range of recreational table tennis rackets made of composite materials—durable, high-performing, and fun to play with.

It was a technical feat to achieve, as only the traditional combination of "foam and rubber" was then capable of providing a high level of performance. However, while these materials offer undeniable playing qualities, they are limited as soon as they are used outdoors. Wood swells with humidity, rubbers peel off, and the racket quickly loses both its aesthetic appeal and its playing qualities.

Choosing a racket designed with a blend of polymer and elastomer became an obvious choice, as its composition offers resistance to both impacts and bad weather.

This composite racket, based on a revolutionary concept, offers increased resistance to shocks, moisture, and the passage of time. Thanks to its unique design, the Tacteo racket, like all outdoor rackets, comes with a 10-year warranty.

Innovation at the service of the game

A true icon of outdoor ping-pong, the Tacteo established itself from its release as a timeless model through its design and construction, which was unique in the world at the time. Out with the classic wood + rubbers, in with a new combination of polymer and elastomer that does not peel off.

From sheltered terraces to the edges of chlorinated pools, the Tacteo racket is designed for all types of players, from beginners to experts, for recreational use.

A unique ball touch

A true technical feat, as the bounce provided by foam + rubber is very complex to reproduce. It is achieved here thanks to the patented Skin+ technology.

A non-detachable coating

The bi-injection manufacturing process ensures perfect adhesion between the coating and the blade. This method led to the creation of the first outdoor racket with a non-detachable coating.

A rigid blade

For increased durability, the injected polymer blade provides a very solid core, offering enhanced resistance to impacts and moisture.

Responsibility in your hands

Building on its expertise in outdoor ping-pong since the development and democratization of outdoor tables made of laminate resin in the 90s, Cornilleau set out to create a racket that lived up to its innovations. Faithful to its commitments, the idea was born in the offices of Bonneuil-les-Eaux: to create a racket 100% made in France.

From the production of the raw materials that make up our rackets to their sale on our website, including the packaging, we ensure that we reduce our environmental impact at every stage.

Design

It is at Cornilleau's historic site, the central element of the brand's expertise since the company was founded in 1946, that all the company's functions are brought together. Driven by common values and strong convictions, our Research, Innovation, and Development teams are committed to product development and design.

Manufacturing

In the Paris region, the plastic is injected into a mold subjected to high temperatures and high pressures. It is then cooled until it takes the final shape of the racket. This manufacturing process ensures the racket has a 10-year lifespan.

Coloring

The pigmentation of the plastic materials is developed with a long-standing partner of Cornilleau, a specialist in plastic coloring. This collaboration between the Research, Innovation, and Development department and our partner results in a precise color rendering, in terms of quality, shine, and resistance to weather conditions.

Packaging

The new packaging for Tacteo rackets is entirely made of recyclable cardboard. It is produced in collaboration with a trusted partner located less than 100km from our historic site in Bonneuil-les-Eaux.
