Living and working in Picardy

A production site in the heart of Picardy

In Bonneuil-les-Eaux, where the Cornilleau premises are located, there is no shortage of space: the offices are vast, and the meeting rooms are numerous, spacious, and well-equipped. The two main office spaces each have their own personality and advantages. The first, very open and bright, with its large central aquarium, exudes serenity. It houses the sales, administrative, and management functions. The second, colorful and modern, brings together our creative minds: research and development, marketing, and communication. As for the production and logistics areas, they regularly benefit from innovations to improve working conditions aimed at reducing the arduousness of many tasks.

The freedom to choose your living environment

Working at Cornilleau allows you to choose between settling in a rural area or in the city, as demonstrated by the choice of most employees who have arrived over the last ten years to live in Amiens. Our production site in Bonneuil-les-Eaux, which brings together all the company's functions, is located less than 30 minutes from the prefecture of the Somme.

Between the Amiens and Beauvais regions

Amiens, a surprising destination

The Picardy capital is on the rise for many reasons: a very active community and sports life, numerous local shops and a dynamic city center, a large number of schools and higher education institutions, reasonable real estate pressure, and a renowned cultural heritage.
Halfway between the Lille and Paris metropolitan areas, the Little Venice of the North is attractive in many respects.

Amiens is also home to little havens of greenery where it is good to recharge, sheltered in the four corners of the city (The Marais des trois vaches, the Saint-Pierre park, the Hotoie park, and the famous floating gardens - hortillonnages). Artists' gardens, a wildlife park, and a nature reserve complete the list of places that will allow you to get some fresh air and enjoy nature.

Beauvais, a dynamic city

Located one hour from Paris and surrounded by green small towns, Beauvais is also connected to major European cities thanks to its airport. As a couple, with friends, or with family, the city and its surroundings offer you numerous entertainment options. Shops, sports facilities, natural spaces, culture, and leisure are all within reach in the heart of this dynamic municipality, rich in its diversity.

Want to unwind and enjoy nature? There are numerous places and activities perfect for moments of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Working one hour from the sea

Do you know the Somme Bay? Breathtaking landscapes between land and sea, classified as a Grand Site de France and among the most beautiful bays in the world. If you choose to settle in Amiens, as many of our employees do, you will benefit from a privileged location to access the Somme Bay and might even be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of its famous seals. In less than an hour, breathe in the fresh air and enjoy a diverse landscape of dunes, cliffs, pebbles, and marshes.

Getting around with ease

Bonneuil-les-Eaux, although located in the countryside, is just half an hour away from Beauvais Airport, and one hour from Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and train station. This makes accessing major cities in France and Europe both quick and easy.

Do you prefer traveling by train? The TER train station in downtown Amiens offers regular connections to Paris (1h10) and Lille (1h15). Even closer, the small Breteuil-Embranchement TER station allows you to reach several cities in northern France with disconcerting ease.

The proximity to the Haute-Picardie TGV station, which serves cities such as Lyon (3h), Marseille (4h40), and Nantes (3h30), is also a significant advantage.

Relocation assistance

At Cornilleau, special attention is paid to the integration of new employees, and to the desire to facilitate their transition to their new place of residence when necessary. Beyond the company, local resources are available. Indeed, the region is also concerned with the well-being of its new residents, and several local associations and organizations provide relocation assistance services. This is notably the case in Amiens, where the organization "S'installer à Amiens" offers a free, personalized professional mobility support service to facilitate your move and that of your family.
