Terms of delivery

WE DELIVER FOR FREE IN BELGIUM AND LUXEMBOURG FOR ORDERS OVER €29!

Immediately after confirmation, your online purchase is transmitted to our system, and our sales team makes every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Then, our transport service delivers your order directly to your home.

SHIPPING OF TABLE TENNIS TABLES IN BELGIUM AND LUXEMBOURG:

  • DELIVERY TIME: 3 to 7 working days
  • SHIPPING FEES: Free for orders over €29
  • DELIVERY APPOINTMENT: The carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time slot during the working week (excluding public holidays).

(Both of our carriers offer free 8-hour delivery windows. In addition, Rhenus offers an optional narrowing of time slots – this optional service is subject to a fee.)

IMPORTANT DELIVERY TERMS FOR TABLES:

  • Assistance required for unloading: Please note that the driver will be alone in the vehicle. Due to the volume and weight of the table, it is mandatory to arrange for someone to assist with unloading the package.
  • Curbside delivery: Delivery is strictly at the property limit (at your doorstep or at the edge of the sidewalk). The driver is not authorized to bring the package inside your home.
  • Services not included: The driver's service does not include installation, assembly, or delivery upstairs / indoors.
  • Weekend delivery: Courier carriers only deliver during the week. They do not deliver on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays.

MANDATORY CHECK OF THE PACKAGE UPON RECEIPT:

Despite our reinforced packaging, our products are sensitive to shocks during transport due to their large size.

  • You must check the condition of the table by opening the package in front of the driver, paying specific attention to the playing surfaces and the frames.

  • Perform this check in all circumstances, even if the driver claims to be in a hurry and even if the outside of the box appears to be in good condition.

  • DO NOT write "subject to unpacking" on the delivery note; this statement no longer holds any legal value.

  • Write precise reservations: Without precise, detailed, and written reservations on the carrier's delivery note, no claim, compensation, or replacement will be possible.
